Your Role

As a Design Consultant, you will:

• Meet with homeowners throughout the Greater Hampton Roads area of Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina
• Conduct professional in-home consultations for replacement windows and doors
• Understand each homeowner's needs and design customized solutions
• Utilize our proven sales process and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Represent a trusted local company known for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
• Build lasting customer relationships while consistently achieving sales goals

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results driven
• Comfortable working in a commission based compensation structure
• Available for evening and occasional weekend appointments
• Home improvement or in home sales experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
