This entry level position means no experience is necessary. We will teach you and pay you during your training.

• In this role you will be the face of Mr. Rogers Windows and schedule appointments with homeowners.
• You’ll get paid up to $150 for every appointment set.
• You'll be part of a spirited and caring team and be rewarded with fun events.
• Working outside, you won't be stuck behind a desk.

We pay $17.50 per hour and our teammates average $30 - $35 per hour with bonuses.

The work schedule is:

Tuesday – Friday 12:00pm - 7:30pm & Saturdays 8:00am-3:30pm (Saturdays are required)

Responsibilities

• Engage with community members through door-to-door canvassing to promote marketing initiatives.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and answer questions.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance community relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback for future marketing strategies.

Qualifications
