Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for retail promoters to work in Elizabeth City, Suffolk, Smithfield, Gloucester, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and Virginia Beach.

As a Retail Promoter, you will bring brand awareness to prospective customers and turn that awareness into quality leads.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated promoters who will strive to meet customer objectives for our brand. 

You will be responsible for marketing activities in local stores.

• High level of integrity
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (4+ hours)
• Reliable transportation to the workplace
• Ability to work 4 to 5 days a week, weekends included. 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a demonstration area, such as a table, stand or booth at various locations.
• Keep the area tidy and well stocked with literature.
• Engage every customer that you encounter during your work shift.
• Answer questions potential customers might have about our company and services.
