Description
Do you love staying organized, helping people, and being the go-to problem solver? Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and making sure customers feel taken care of from start to finish.
This is not a call center job, you’ll be building real connections, coordinating schedules, and supporting our service teams behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and managing service appointments like a pro
- Staying in touch with customers and service teams throughout the day
- Making confirmation and status calls so everyone stays in the loop
- Following up after service visits to make sure customers are happy
- Logging customer interactions in our system (details matter!)
- Keeping calendars, tasks, and documents organized
- Responding to emails in a timely, professional way
- Jumping into weekly team meetings
- Processing purchase orders when needed
- Helping customers with questions, scheduling, and general support
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with scheduling or coordination
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
- Detail-oriented and organized, you like lists and checking things off
- Comfortable using computers (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Able to multitask and keep cool in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who shows up ready to help
