We are looking for energetic, ambitious and personable team members experienced in managing outbound and inbound calls.
You’ll speak with homeowners who contacted us about their window and door replacement needs.
During the conversation, you’ll discuss their window/door problems, sell the value of an in-home consultation and schedule a Sales Consultant to visit their home.
This is not a remote position. Instead you will have fun in a spirited team atmosphere. You’ll make great pay and with your drive and desire to achieve goals, you’ll make very lucrative bonuses.

Part Time hours:  

• Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 7:00pm plus every other Saturday 9:00am – 3:00pm (with one alternating day off M-F) Saturdays are required every other week. (25 hrs a week)

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, friendly, approachable
• At ease when talking to the public
• Excellent speaking voice, polite and courteous
• Computer savvy and comfortable using call center software
• Experienced in a call center or customer service environment preferred 
• Skilled at handling objections and staying positive under pressure
• Sales experience a plus
• Desire to earn substantial bonus based on effort and skill
