At Mr. Rogers Windows, you’ll be part of our inside sales team, speaking directly with homeowners who have already contacted us about their window and door replacement needs.
This is not customer service, it’s sales. Your job is to:

• Have engaging conversations with homeowners
• Identify their window/door concerns
• Sell the value of an in-home consultation
• Schedule a Sales Consultant to visit their home
• Earn excellent pay and substantial bonuses based on your performance

This is not a remote position, you’ll enjoy a spirited, supportive team environment where your drive and energy directly translate into earnings.

Schedule (25 hrs per week)

• Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 7:00pm
• Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
• One alternating weekday off (when working Saturday)
  Saturdays are required every other week.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing, confident, and persuasive communicator
• Comfortable selling over the phone
• Professional and courteous phone presence
• Computer savvy and quick to learn software
• Prior call center or inside sales experience preferred
• Skilled at overcoming objections and closing appointments
• Sales background strongly preferred
• Motivated by goals and eager to earn bonuses
