Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a Marketing Manager with proven leadership in direct response marketing. You’ll help lead a team that runs measurable digital campaigns and guide creative ad development. Beyond digital, you’ll support unconventional efforts, event marketing and neighborhood outreach. Strong organization is a must. You’ll juggle multiple campaigns and help lead the team to hit clear, data driven goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in multimedia, digital, and consumer marketing
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven success managing large budgets and performance-driven campaigns
• Strong communication, writing, and project management skills
• Knowledge of current digital and social media trends
• Ability to foster team collaboration and encourage individual successes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive lead generation
• Track performance from inbound leads through ROI reporting
• Assist content strategy and production across print and broadcast media
• Oversee digital advertising, email marketing, website content, social media
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
• Working closely with digital partners, research and implement new digital marketing tools and trends
• Support Event, Neighborhood, and Community Marketing initiatives
• Assist the Marketing Director in coaching, and developing Non-Traditional Managers and their teams
• Manage special marketing projects as assigned
• This is an in person position located in Chesapeake VA

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
