Mr. Rogers Windows is hiring a Sales Team Lead to grow our brand and generate quality leads—not from behind a desk, but out in the community. You’ll work in retail stores, community events, and local neighborhoods—coaching your team and making real connections that drive results.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of marketing promoters
- Generate leads by engaging directly with customers in person
- Represent our brand at retail locations, events, and neighborhoods
- Set up and maintain clean, professional demo stations
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed daily/weekly goals
- Answer customer questions and explain services clearly
- Track personal and team performance
- Report issues with locations or operations to management
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on team success
Qualifications
- Proven sales, leadership and training ability
- Outgoing, approachable, and energetic personality
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated and driven by performance-based rewards
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive to all work locations throughout Hampton Roads
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends (Sunday–Saturday)
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
Benefits
- Full-time (40 hour/week)
- $62,500 – $70,000 annually (including bonuses)
