Our company is growing fast, and our Event & Retail Marketing team is nearly fully staffed! We’re looking to add a few highly motivated, fun, and outgoing professionals who love engaging with people and representing a trusted brand in the community.

What You’ll Do:

• Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services
• Engage customers in friendly, educational conversations to understand their needs
• Follow a proven process to generate and set customer appointments
• Set up, maintain, and break down display areas (tables, booths, stands)
• Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials
• Represent the company professionally as the face of our brand

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various job sites
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability with the ability to work 30–40 hours per week, including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan

Compensation & Benefits:

• $36,400 – $50,000 annually (based on performance and hours worked)
• Paid training, no experience required
